OUR WARRANTY And POLICIES-  Any or all contracts for products or services can be canceled within 3 days of acceptance, any deposits refunded immediately. After the cancellation period refunds depend upon the type of product or service. Tangible products carry our 30 day satisfaction guarantee. Any defective product may be exchanged for the same product, a different product of similar value, or credit issued. In the case of services, where future dates are reserved, deposits will not be refunded if contract is not canceled at least 3 months before the reserved date. Fees for services successfully rendered will not be refunded. Studio time or instruction not canceled at least 24 hours before the session is subject to payment.
